What happens next
We review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to material that appears to infringe. Where appropriate, we’ll notify the person who posted the material and give them a chance to respond with a counter-notice, as the DMCA process allows.
Counter-notice
If material you posted was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice with your identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court.
