What it does well
Repetitive 2D takeoff, and comparing drawing revisions to see what changed between issues — which is where uncaptured scope usually hides.
Who should use it
Estimating teams with consistent drawing standards and enough bid volume to justify a per-seat cost at this level.
Who should not use it
Small contractors bidding occasionally, and anyone expecting the output to be final. An estimator still owns the number.
